Heading to the Texas State Fair this weekend. I will be torn between my knowledge of saturated fat and cardiovascular disease versus my curiosity of chicken fried bacon and fried jelly beans! Who comes up with this stuff???

I have always wanted to go to the Texas State Fair and get my picture taken with "Big Tex" or whatever his name is. The NC State Fair is in a couple of weeks, and they fry everything, too. My favorite is the fried candy bar...thank goodness the fair is only once a year! ~LA
